Nathan C. Woodard concentrates his litigation practice on complex commercial and construction litigation cases. Recognizing the unique issues that commonly arise in complex construction litigation, Mr. Woodard is constantly working to apply his knowledge and experience to advance his clients' interests. He strives to guide clients through the judicial system to achieve the most economic, efficient and effective results.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Woodard worked as a Legal Aide in the New York State Attorney General's Office. In this position, he had the opportunity to work with several State and Federal agency partners to investigate and prosecute consumer fraud.

During his time at University at Buffalo, School of Law, Mr. Woodard served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Buffalo Law Review. As an associate editor, his student-written submission was selected for publication in the Buffalo Law Review.
